All applications and games are the property and trademarks of their respective developers or publishers and are for home or personal use only. Please note that kofcn.org only shares original APK files of free applications. All APK files are the same as those in GOOGLE PLAY, without any cheats, unlimited gold patches, or any other modifications.

To the extent applicable, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act are expressly disclaimed. Any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or related to these Terms or their interpretation, formulation, performance, breach, or termination shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") for arbitration and finally resolved in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in effect at the time of the commencement of the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

　　We reserve the right to terminate these Terms of Use immediately (including your access to our Site or any part thereof) without any reason and without notice to you. Upon termination, you must cease using our Site.

　　The provisions of these Terms shall continue to remain in effect after the termination of these Terms.

　　These Terms of Use, along with any other notices, policies, procedures, agreements, and terms and conditions on our Site, constitute the complete understanding regarding your use of our Site and our relationship with you, superseding all prior understandings and agreements (whether written or oral) as well as all prior transactions.
